By using OptiGain, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of OptiGain

OptiGain is a financial analytics platform that helps businesses track revenue, expenses, and performance insights.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
• You must not use OptiGain for illegal or fraudulent activities

3. Payments & Subscription

• OptiGain may offer a free trial period
• Continued use may require a paid subscription
• Failure to pay may result in restricted access

4. Payment Tracking Responsibility

OptiGain supports two payment models:

• Paybill Users: Payments may be automatically tracked via integration. However, accuracy depends on third-party systems.
• Normal (Till/Cash) Users: You are responsible for confirming payments manually.

OptiGain is not responsible for incorrect entries or missed manual confirmations.

5. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance or improvements.

6. Limitation of Liability

OptiGain provides financial insights but does not guarantee financial outcomes. We are not liable for business decisions made using the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

8. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of OptiGain means acceptance of the updated terms.
