- Business details (business name, paybill number if provided)

- System usage data (to improve performance and features)

3. Payment Data (Paybill vs Till)
OptiGain supports two types of payment tracking:

Paybill Users: Payments may be automatically detected through integration
with mobile money systems (e.g., MPesa).

Normal (Till/Cash) Users: Payments are manually confirmed by the business owner.
We do not store sensitive mobile money credentials such as PINs.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
However, no system is 100% secure, and users are encouraged to protect their account credentials.
5. Third-Party Services
OptiGain may interact with third-party services such as:
- Mobile money providers (e.g., MPesa)
- Email delivery systems
- Cloud hosting providers
These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
